Returns policy

We love our lingerie and are confident that your will too however, satisfaction is our priority and if for any reason you are not happy with your lingerie please contact us immediately.

Providing that a bra or corset is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund your item within 30 days. Failure to return an item within 14 days will prevent us from processing any exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns of thongs, briefs or shorts and our original postage charge remains non-refundable.

Always follow the care instructions on the care labels and our website carefully as Midnight Boudoir garments can only be returned or refunded subject to compliance with care instructions.

Midnight Boudoir do not process refunds on products that have been machine washed.

Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We do not refund any third parties.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit when being returned, we recommend that you return items by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

If for any reason an item is no longer available you will be given the option of a full refund or selecting an alternative item.
